The Eftsure support team is available for any Eftsure portal-related questions or concerns. Users can send product-related support questions to customersupport@eftsure.com or raise a support ticket through the Eftsure Virtual Agent (EVA).
Note: If suppliers have a question about Eftsure, direct them to vendorsupport@eftsure.com
Finding Help Articles with EVA.
- Log in to the Eftsure portal. Click on the Help bot at the bottom of the portal.
- Enter your portal question.
A list of help articles related to the question entered will appear. Users can also access the Help Centre directly by clicking on the question mark at the top of the Eftsure portal.
