Here is the step-by-step document on how a Supplier provides their new details through a Change Request form.
Request to Update Details Email
The supplier will receive this email to update their details.

The supplier click here to verify or copy the link to the browser.
Start Change of Details Workflow
- The supplier can either create a new account by entering their details or log in if they already have an existing account.
- The supplier completes the Company Information section.
From here, the supplier can either:
a) Indicate that the partial bank account details shown here are not correct or this account is no longer used.
b) Indicate that they continue to use the bank details shown here, and I will provide an additional bank account.
c) Indicate that they continue to use the bank details shown here.

From here, the supplier can either:
- Enter their bank account details manually

Enter my account details manually
Proceed with Bank Link Verification
b) Continue to use the bank details shown here, and I will provide an additional bank account.
The supplier chooses from the verification options.
c) Continue to use the bank details shown here.
International Bank Account Details
If the supplier wishes to provide an international bank account, they can select the appropriate option during the bank details validation window.
- The supplier click I would like to add an international bank account
- Enter bank account details.
Note: The customer would have selected the "Allow international bank accounts" option under the Supplier EFT details provision when generating the change request form, allowing suppliers to provide international bank account details.
