The supplier receives three automatic reminders to action the onboarding form:
- Invite sent
- Invite sent + 1 business day - First Reminder Sent
- Invite sent + 2 business days - Second Reminder Sent
- Invite sent + 6 business days - Final Reminder Sent
*If the supplier starts the Onboarding, but does not complete it, no reminders will be sent. The onboarding form link expires after 3 months.
